AKCELA - CASE CE TOGETHER IN GULF REGION

 

 

As a result of successful and close partnership between CASE CE and PETRONAS, the project of introducing recommended lubricants Akcela in the Middle East area, has started up its first goals. With the clear objective of failures reducing in the field and to increase the productivity of earthmoving machines, the use of the recommended product Akcela together with the other original CASE CE spare parts, were the main topic of the technical training held by lubrication technical experts from PETRONAS from November 28, 2008 to December 3, 2008 in the Middle East.

Together with the CASE CE Service Zone Manager Vittorio Piancaldini, four sessions in the following countries led to the training of the official CASE CE dealers in that area:

  • KHARAFI NATIONAL W.L.L. – Kuwait
  • GENERAL CONTRACTING COMPANY – Saudi Arabia
  • AL SHIRAWI ENTERPRISES L.L.C. – U.A.E.
  • INTERNATIONAL HEAVY EQUIPMENT Co L.L.C. - Oman
 

The main attendees to those technical section, were the technicians and mechanics of the CASE CE dealers and the technical people from theirs Contractors.

The technological and professional know how, one of the PETRONAS strong points, is at the base of the consolidated training tradition of our firm: PETRONAS is always committed in the professional growth of our customers, through the supply of specialized technical lessons.

In particular, over the lubrication technical training, during the meeting has been introduced the original AkcelA product range, recommended on the owner's manuals of each CASE CE earthmoving machines.

Always, in fact, between PETRONAS and CASE CE exists a strict  technical collaboration directed to obtain, in any case, the best lubricant, planned according to the technology developed by the manufacturer.

This contribution, thanks to the overcoming of specific in-house tests, permitted to our products to obtain the technical qualifications quoted on the CASE CE STANDARD document.
