STEPS IN OIL MANUFACTURING PROCESS

PACKAGING

Selenia's filling and packaging system is one of the most modern and advanced in Europe. It comprises of 11 packaging lines to pack products of sizes between 0.5L to 1,000L, capable of a total production output of 112,000 tons a year.

SAFETY

When being packed the oil is made to pass through a 20 micron filter that guarantees its purity. Immediately afterwards this is vacuum sealed. The process is completed with the on-line packaging and automatic palleting of packages, the finished product is then sent directly to the warehouse.

SPEED

 Selenia's packaging lines have a production capacity of 450 items per day.

With regards to the packaging of cans, high speeds can be achieved to allow for up to 2,700 items to be produced per hour.
