MIXING

BLENDING

Base oils and addtives are blended according to precise formulas which define both the quantities of each individual component and the order these are blended in. To eliminate any margin of error, formulations are checked one by one at each stage of this process. Blending takes on average one hour per standard production unit of 10 tons.

DEHYDRATION

To eliminate any possible residue of moisture from base oils, blending is performed in a vacuum at a temperature of 50-60° C.
